Job Description
Position Purpose: Maintain all tooling and support production with mold repair/maintenance operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, as well as standard work procedures.
- Interact with engineering, production, and tooling staff when troubleshooting molds.
- Identify solutions to complex molding and mold problems as they pertain to injection molding manufacturing.
- Create work orders for service of all molds and maintain records as required.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions for needed repairs.
- Verify molds are production ready; advise production and engineering of condition of molds.
- Train others on operation of equipment in the Tool Repair department.
- Other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that includes moderate to high noise levels.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mold making, mold design, and/or mold processes strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Microsoft Office and Engineering software computer skills.

PAY RANGE: $25 - $40/hr USD Hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
SHIFT SCHEDULE: 12-Hour, Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, requiring work every other weekend) from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM
