Retail Sales Representative

Rieke Office Interiors, a leading and award-winning Chicagoland design and furniture company located in Elgin (at I-90 and Randall Road), seeks energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representative to be an integral part of our team! 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. $20/hr plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Answer customer phone and email inquiries
• Show furniture showroom products to customers
• Organize used furniture showroom floor
• Determine used furniture pricing
• Follow up with customers
• Process customer orders
• Schedule customer pickup/delivery
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good follow-through skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
