Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our anodizing equipment, including wiring, blowers, hoists, and electrical boxes, through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections of anodizing machinery and related equipment such as hoists, blowers, and electrical boxes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Efficiently handle wiring, pump repairs and installations, adhering to safety standards.
• Manage inventory for spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring readiness for repairs.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records for compliance and efficiency.
• Uphold safety protocols and standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficiency in handling mechanical and electrical repairs, including wiring, pumps, electrical boxes, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance protocols for blowers, hoists, and other anodizing equipment.
• Knowledgeable in safety and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to work in shifts and available for emergency call-ins.
