Inside Sales Representative - Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative position works closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in the support and improvement of Ex-Cell Kaiser's market position through the development of new and existing customers and discovery of new sales opportunities. Responsibilities: - Actively pursuing new customers who fit the Ex-Cell business model.
- Development of new and existing relationships to ensure ongoing business.
- Providing accurate and timely quotes to customers and potential customers using Ex-Cell's established pricing model with a focus on profitable and repeat business.
- Consistent and professional follow-up on all leads, prospects and referrals to produce and close sales opportunities
- Using developed relationships, market intelligence and market knowledge, identify and make suggestions related to the development of new products/markets.
- Works with VP or Sales & Marketing and Operations on volume and custom opportunities to ensure maximum profitability.
- Provide forecasting of larger opportunities to VP of Sales & Marketing
- Assist the VP of Marketing in the development of sales strategies and annual planning.
- Assist in the development of distributor sales and marketing tools.
- Routinely provide back-up coverage for the Sales & Customer Service department.
- Attends trade shows, face to face customer meetings and customer events when necessary.
- Maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of the organization.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Experience: - Min 1-3 years Sales experience/Inside Sales
- Experience answering customer calls
- Experience offering product and service solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Sound knowledge and experience with ERPs and CRMs will be preferred.
- Experience in a product manufacturing environment required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English - Helpful
