Inside Sales Intern - Job Description
Inside Sales Intern Location: Progressive Components 235 Industrial Drive Wauconda IL 60084 -- Hybrid position Duration: Summer 2026 – part time minimum 20 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to support our Inside Sales team with CRM administration and sales operations initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working with HubSpot, supporting data integrity efforts, and gaining exposure to Inside Sales processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist with specification administration work, including entering and maintaining Specifications account data in HubSpot
- Support execution of HubSpot AIP initiatives, including database clean-up and transition activities
- Provide general Inside Sales support to the team as needed
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
- Collaborate with Inside Sales team members on special projects and ongoing initiatives
Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and learning CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
